Ambassador Hotel is located at Soi 11, Sukhumvit Road. It was one of the first hotels established along Sukhumvit. Since many years it offers budget accommodation. The hotel is larger than most, with more than 700 rooms, including also more than 70 deluxe rooms and suites. There are many in-house restaurants, and an unusually large out door swimming pool (with attached fitness center). The location is ideal if you want to stroll along busy Sukhumvit Road at night (with its nighttime market). Ambassador Hotel is located about right in the middle between the famous entertainment areas of Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. Both are about one km away in opposite directions. The Nana Skytrain Station is also closeby, and offers access to Bangkok's famous shopping centers. Siam Square (Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, Gaysorn Plaza) is located within a few minutes by skytrain to the west, while Emporium Shopping Complex is located to the east, just 2 stops away.
